PROFILE
Cooper joined MSK at the start of 2022 as a member of MSK’s commercial real estate team. Prior to joining MSK, Cooper practiced with another Burlington area law firm focusing on residential real estate transactions. In that role, Cooper gained experience resolving clouds on title and navigating Vermont’s complex regime of local and state land use regulations. Cooper brings an even-keeled approach to anticipating problems and developing solutions for clients in complex real estate transactions.
As one of the first graduates of the University of Vermont and Vermont Law School accelerated honors joint degree program, Cooper completed his undergraduate studies in 2019 and earned his law degree in 2020. During his law studies, he completed internships with a prominent Montpelier law firm and with the Environmental Advocacy Clinic at Vermont Law School.
Outside of the office, Cooper is an avid outdoorsman and can be found camping, hiking, fishing, skiing, or exploring the state’s backroads by motorcycle.
