Linda is our Senior Paralegal and has been with MSK since 2012.  She works closely with Brian Sullivan as part of a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, site acquisition specialists, and experts in natural resources in the permitting of wireless telecommunications facilities in Vermont.   Linda understands Act 250 and local land use permitting requirements and is highly skilled at utilizing the Public Utility Commission to apply for and obtain Certificates of Public Good. She maintains strong professional relationships with the various State officials who administer the Vermont land use process. She is also our immigration paralegal.

Linda lives in Burlington’s New North End. She enjoys her grandchildren, paddling her own canoe, and camping.
