MSK founding partner, Brian Sullivan, has resumed his practice of immigration law. He began that practice handling a pro bono matter as an associate at Sidley & Austin in Chicago. After moving to Vermont, Brian expanded that practice and was active in immigration law from 1995 to 2012. At this critical juncture, Brian has decided to reenter that area of practice.
Brian represents businesses and individuals in the process of obtaining non-immigrant and immigrant visas, both in employment-based and family-based cases and in the process of naturalization. He has represented clients before the U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Centers, as well as the USCIS St. Albans, Vermont Field Office, several U.S. Consulates and Ports of Entry. Brian is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
