MSK attorneys A.J. LaRosa and Liam Murphy settled a multi-party environmental contamination case on behalf of a client whose property was formerly used as a dry cleaning facility, who was being required by the State of Vermont to remediate newly discovered contaminated soils.  In this complex multi-party case, MSK recovered several-hundred thousand dollars that enabled our client to quickly clean-up the contaminated soils and resume business activities at the property.
