MSK Attorneys Represent Employer in Challenging Denial of H-1B Visa Renewal

Brian Sullivan and Daniel Seff of MSK Attorneys have filed suit on behalf of their clients, the Bronxville Montessori School and Ms. Mopelola Anthonia Obasa, against U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, its Director and the Acting Secretary of Homeland Security in the Federal Court for the Southern District of New York. The suit alleges that the Defendants acted arbitrarily and capriciously in denying the School’s Petition to renew Ms. Obasa’s H-1B status – a visa granted for those engaged in “specialty occupations.”
