Liam Murphy of MSK Attorneys represented Tesla in a successful effort to re-zone the former Hannaford grocery store off Shelburne Road to allow for use as Tesla’s auto sales, service and distribution center. Following a number of hearings, the South Burlington Planning Commission and City Council unanimously approved the amendment to the land development regulations. MSK is continuing to assist Tesla in preparing and presenting its development proposal to the City and to the Act 250 Commission.
