Commercial finance is often a component of MSK’s real estate and development work. In addition, MSK’s practice includes the incorporation of venture and equity capital contributions as part of its commercial transactions work.
Bond Financings
MSK represents lenders and credit guarantors in connection with the issuance of tax exempt and taxable public bonds throughout Vermont and elsewhere. MSK has been involved with the issuance of bonds to finance improvements and to provide capital to a variety of hospitals, health care facilities and educational institutions.
