North Hero House
MSK worked with Doug Nedde and Nedde Real Estate to purchase and refurbish the North Hero House, maintaining this historic hotel as the heart of North Hero, Vermont. As a component of this project, MSK worked with Nedde to negotiate agreements with the County of Grand Isle to provide for the maintenance and operation of shared wastewater disposal and parking infrastructure to benefit the hotel.
