Prelco Conservation Easement
MSK assisted Prelco, Inc. in the preparation of a Conservation Easement and Protective Access Easement for the conservation of 1,730 acres in Richmond, Bolton and Jericho, Vermont, with the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources and Department of Forest, Parks and Recreation as part of the Chittenden County Uplands Conservation Project. The protected woodlands encompass the Snipe Ireland Brook watershed, including the 20 acre Richmond Pond.
