MSK founding partner Brian Sullivan leads our Telecommunications and Public Utilities team in preparing permit applications, appearing before municipal development review boards, Act 250 Commissions, and the Vermont Public Utility Commission. Our Public Utility Commission practice includes both telecommunications, under 30 V.S.A. Section 248a, and other types of utility work under 30 V.S.A. Section 248. We also assist in determining project compliance with the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act and the National Historic Preservation Act. If necessary, we represent clients in appeals from municipal and state decisions to Vermont’s state and federal courts.
