MSK attorney A.J. LaRosa resolved a long-standing zoning dispute relating to the conversion of an historic barn to a wedding and event venue on behalf of a neighbor to the venue who was concerned about the impact that the conversion would have on his property.  Through the zoning and appeal process, attorney LaRosa resolved the dispute in a manner that protected our client’s interests and resolved all outstanding zoning issues.
