This Fall, Attorney Ellermann attended the Land Trust Alliance’s Rally 2016 Conference in Minneapolis.  As a member of the Land Trust Alliance’s Conservation Defense Network, a group of experts in conservation law who promote excellence in the field, Attorney Ellermann participated in the Network meeting at Rally, which covered proposed amendments to the law governing conservation donations, affirmative obligations in conservation easements, easement enforcement, and land trust partnerships and mergers.  Attorney Ellermann also attended seminars and workshops on trespass, drafting conservation easements to minimize stewardship pain, purchase and sales agreements in conservation transactions, and syndication of conservation easement deductions.  MSK is a professional partner of the Land Trust Alliance.
