The Vermont Environmental Court granted the Motion for Partial Summary Judgment that we filed for our client, Verizon Wireless, in the appeal of an Act 250 Pemit for a telecommunications facility in the Town of Barton. The Court’s decision significantly narrowed the issues on appeal, simplifying the case for the client.
