Judicial Assignments for 2013 – 2014
The Office of the Administrative Judge for Trial Courts announced the Judge assignments for the Vermont Superior Courts, with the rotation starting on September 3, 2013. In Chittenden County, Judges Grearson and Pearson will preside over Civil Division matters.
Environmental Court Guidelines
The Environmental Court has issued disposition guidelines for the purpose of resolving appeals more efficiently. For an appeal of a municipal permit, the recommendation is to resolve a “standard” appeal in ten months.
