Catherine Kronk has been elected to the COTS (Committee on Temporary Shelter) Board of Directors. COTS provides emergency shelter, services, and housing for people who are homeless or marginally housed in Vermont. COTS advocates for long-term solutions to end homelessness.

The Vermont Supreme Court heard oral argument on a foreclosure case called US Bank v. Kimball, which addresses the issues related to defective foreclosures that have been occurring nationwide. The trial court dismissed the Complaint for Foreclosure, finding that the lender did not prove that there was a proper assignment of the note and mortgage.
